You have to keep in mind that if people do not have a need for your product or service now, maybe they will have in the days to come. And remember: do not give up on the first try, follow up.
It’s not a secret that if you have made a major sales hit with your customers in the past, they probably would want to hear from you and your products again. But this time, if we are making a closer investigation of this problem, you can push your marketing a mark higher by offering related products to the ones they have bought. As a matter of fact, it’s all about maximizing what you have.
In addition, it should be also pointed out that getting feedbacks from your customers will give you an idea of who best to target and what to offer to them. In fact, this is why you need feedback from customers. The other thing that needs to be added is that most customers tend to be more honest through email interaction than in person. Don’t forget to listen to what they have to say and learn not only about their wants but also their woes. Then, as far as my personal experience can be taken into account, you do something about it afterwards. As a matter of fact, email marketing is all about the call to action. In a way you are helping your customers decide to buy or avail something. What counts here is that you want action and you will be able to achieve that by combining your words, images, credibility and power of persuasion.
To sum up: contacts come into sales, consequently, sales – into benefits. To top it off, all these can be done through email marketing.
