Pushing Above Our Upper Limits How To Remove Sabotaging Money Habits

You may not realize that you are running a self sabotaging program, just like you may not know that your computer is running a virus. Unless you buy an anti-virus program and complete a system scan, you will not be able to get rid of that computer virus. What anti-virus program can we insert in our body to stop self sabotaging programs? I generated a 5 figure income for a 5 year period. In 2006, the 5 figure a month income dropped to $6,000 a month, then dropped to $3,600, then in the last 3 years, I have been hovering a bare existence and made enough money to pay my bills with my business.
So I am speaking from experience that I am no longer running as many self sabotaging programs as I have been 2 months ago. What did I do to stop running self sabotaging programs?

Since then, I have built 2 new websites and is currently using an innovative technique that I have not tired to rank a 3rd website in Google in a very short period of time.

3. I started to live in the moment more and stopped running tapes to beat myself up for being in a rut for the last 3 years.
I also have the good fortune of a very supportive friend who has given me unwavering emotional support in the last 3 years. I also realize the stock market will continue to go up and down, the housing market will burp however we can choose to experience joy right now and be grateful for the fact that we have clean running water to drink. We don’t live in a third world country like where an average of 100,000 farmers commits suicide in India.
How to Push The Upper Limits

1. If you feel out of sorts and in a bad mood, visualize that you are in a hot air balloon carrying you away to build your money making idea

2. Say this phrase I am love and intent. Remember a time when you were peaceful and calm. Plug in an Esther Hicks DVD and listen to what she has to say. If you are washing dishes or fixing dinner let Abraham and Esther Hicks talk to you in the background. At least that will stop the mental chatter and all the self sabotaging programs that you are playing in your mind.

3. Affirm to yourself that you are on life mission. If you are not, find out. There are groups such as barbarasher.com that will plug you with the local group so you can build a dream team. Say to yourself I am here on my life purpose. I am a winner and can achieve my dreams of financial independence.

4. Get some body work. If you can not afford a full message, volunteer to be the guinea pig for the next Hellerwork, Rolfing, Bowen Therapy work shop. These people are always looking for bodies to do work on. You can get many hours of free body work by volunteering at a weekend workshop.

5. Find out what your credit score is. We are in the midst of changing times. The best way to cope is to get out of debt and repair your credit. I would recommend that you hire lexington law firm to fix credit report errors and remove charge offs from your FICO report.
