1. Plan your day with a to do list

Everybody has a piece of paper and a pen. Making a to do list is really affordable for everybody. If you don’t like paper, well, use your computer and make a file with your to do list in it. Each morning or the night before, create a to-do list for yourself. Note all the steps that need to be done in order to finish your goals for that day. You want all the tasks for the day to be written on this document. If so, include these items on your daily to-do list.
